Extend the Vietnam Veteran Bonus to those at the End of the War

Vietnam Veterans Bonus: Consider extending the eligibility for a bonus, for the honorable service of Michigan veterans at the end of the Vietnam Era (1973-75).
There is a lingering concern for those who were not deemed eligible when the Michigan Vietnam Bonus was passed in 1973 (those who served after 1973 were determined to not be eligible).
Troops were still sent to Vietnam until 1975.
